Championship in the bag, now it's time go for the Slam.
Noel McNamara's Ireland Under-20s squeezed past France 31-29 in a titanic Cork battle last night to clinch the Six Nations title.
They head to Wales on Friday night looking to complete the perfect spring. Man-of-the-match Josh Wycherley crossed for two tries as the Irish scooped a first U-20 Six Nations crown since 2010.
"It's absolutely unbelievable," Wycherley told RTE Sport afterwards.
"I can't put it into words really. Credit to France, they're a very physical team and I'm just proud of the lads for sticking in there in a physical battle and we came out with the win.
"Credit to the pack. Every collision we got off the line and put the French on the back foot. They kept going till the last minute so credit to them."
Ireland made the most of Wales' surprise 27-20 loss to bottom side Scotland, the win over Les Bleus meaning they can't be caught in the table. Still McNamara's men know they'll get nothing easy at Colwyn Bay where their hosts will relish the chance to deny Ireland the clean sweep.
"We've a massive task next week now," Wycherley added.
"You'd be tired after that alright but we're going to get back to Dublin on Monday, get ready to go again and go for Wales."
