"That's Ward, nice kick for Jimmy Bowen, beautifully picked up by Bowen, up to halfway, very good run by Bowen and he is through into the 22. Brian Williams is there, nicely taken by Munster and this is a try! Christy Cantillon scores for Munster!"
So goes Fred Cogley's commentary of arguably the most famous try in Irish rugby history.
Bowen's slalmoning run, Williams' quick thinking and Cantillon's dart... it is ingrained in the memories of every one of the two million or so people who lay claim to having been in Thomond Park on 31 October 1978.
In reality 12,000 packed into the home of Munster rugby to see the All Blacks open the Irish leg of their tour.
Tony Ward converted Cantillon's try before adding two drop goals.
