Connacht head coach Pat Lam has named Rory Parata, a try scorer against Wasps last weekend, in his starting team for the return fixture at the Sportsground (KO, Saturday, 5.30pm).
The 22-year-old Rory Parata is named in the centre as a replacement for the injured Stacey Ili for his first Champions Cup start in one of four personnel changes.
Ireland international Matt Healy comes on to the left wing for the injured Cian Kelleher.
Up front, international prop Finlay Bealham packs down with Denis Buckley and Tom McCartney. The back row is reshuffled with the introduction of Eoin McKeon at blindside flanker while Nepia Fox-Matamua shifts to openside in the absence of injured Jake Heenan.
From the bench, Fijian international Naulia Dawai is in line to make his Connacht debut having arrived at the club last month. The 29-year-old is one of six forwards named among the replacements with Caolin Blade and Danie Poolman the only two remaining backs available for selection from the EPCR-registered squad.

Ross Byrne will make his first European start for Leinster as a replacement for the injured Joey Carbery, while Munster, Connacht and Ulster have all named their sides for Champions Cup duty.
Byrne, who stepped into the breach at Franklin’s Gardens, will don the No 10 jersey as Leinster look for back-to-back wins against English opposition when they host a Northampton side (KO Saturday, 7.45pm, live coverage on RTÉ Radio One) looking to move off the bottom of Pool Four.
With Rob Kearney also ruled out, Zane Kirchner comes in to win his 75th Leinster cap, while the rest of the team is unchanged.
On the bench, Noel Reid makes a welcome return from a foot injury sustained in the win against the Dragons in the RDS a few weeks ago.

Rassie Erasmus has named an Munster unchanged lineup for the clash with Leicester Tigers (KO Saturday, 3.15pm, live coverage on RTÉ Radio One) at Welford Road.
The Pro12 table-toppers were ruthless against the Premiership side last time out in a 38-0 win, and not surprisingly, the South African has kept faith with the same XV.
There is one change on the replacements bench as loosehead prop James Cronin, who scored two tries on his return from injury for Munster A last week, takes the place of Thomas du Toit.
Since the back-to-back fixtures were introduced in 1999, Leicester have never lost both games, though Munster are the only side to beat Leicester more than once at Welford Road in Europe - in 2003 (quarter-final) and in 2006 (pool match).

Director of Rugby Les Kiss has made just one change to the starting XV for Ulster's Champions Cup clash away to ASM Clermont Auvergne from the side that defeated the Top 14 table-toppers last weekend at Kingspan Stadium. (KO, Sunday, 3.05pm).
Ulster will make the journey buoyed by the thrilling 39-32 victory over the star-studded French team, but will have it all to do once again versus a side that has lost just once in 27 previous European Cup games at home.
Franco van der Merwe will come into the second row to replace his fellow South African native Robbie Diack, who has been ruled out by injury and could be out for up to four weeks.
The rest of the match day squad remains unchanged, which means captain Rory Best and props Kyle McCall and Wiehahn Herbst will make up the front row, with Ireland trio Iain Henderson, Chris Henry and Sean Reidy named in the back row.
