Connacht coach Pat Lam has rang the changes ahead of his side's clash with Zebre as they look for back-to-back wins in the Champions Cup.

The Pro12 champions beat Toulouse by two points in their opening game in the group and Lam will be hoping his side can continue that good start in Italy on Sunday.

With Tiernan O'Halloran injured, Cian Kelleher starts at fullback for the second time this season, while new signing Stacey Ili make his first start on the wing.

Peter Robb has returned for injured to start at outside centre while Irish international Kieran Marmion will be looking to pull the strings from the base of the scrum.

Up front, JP Cooney and Shane Delahunt start at loosehead and hooker respectively, while Quinn Roux is named to start in the second row.

The South African was named to face Toulouse last week but was withdrawn prior to kickoff.

In the back row, 21-year-old flanker Sean O'Brien comes in for his first start of the season.
