Ireland out-half Johnny Sexton will make his first appearance of the season when Leinster host Ospreys on Friday night at the RDS.
The out-half has recovered from a shoulder injury sustained at the end of last season and will partner scrum-half Luke McGrath for the meeting with the Pro12 leaders (7.35pm).
In the pack there are two changes in the front row with props Cian Healy and Tadhg Furlong coming in.
Mick Kearney comes in to the second row having lined out for Clontarf in the All-Ireland League last weekend to partner Devin Toner.
There is one final change in the back row as Josh van der Flier starts at open side flanker.
Leinster also want to remind supporters to keep in mind the Dublin Bus strike as they make their travel plans.

Ireland international Jared Payne will also make his seasonal debut when Ulster take on Glasgow on Friday.
The versatile back starts at full-back for Les Kiss’ team in the 7.35pm kick-off at Scotstoun.
Kiss has made nine changes in total to his side, including Charles Piutau's switch to the wing to accomodate compatriot Payne.
Rory Best is also due to make his first appearance of the season as the Ireland captain takes his place on the bench as Ulster look to make it four wins from four in the competition.
