Leinster are waiting to find out the extent of Rob Kearney’s knee injury suffered during the Pro12 loss to Glasgow on Saturday.
The Ireland international scored a try but was replaced after 59 minutes at Scotstoun and has undergone medical tests.
The 30-year-old, who missed a large portion of last season with hamstring injuries, will not be considered for the province's trip to Edinburgh on Friday night.
