VIDEO: Connacht fans begin pilgrimage to Murrayfield

Connacht fans began their journey to Edinburgh on Friday on the eve of the biggest game in the province's history.

Pat Lam's men take on Leinster at Murrayfiled in the Pro12 play-off final looking for the victory that would cap a remarkable campaign. 

The Kiwi coach has named an unchanged an unchanged side for the decider, and is fully aware his men can make history on Saturday evening. 

“These 23 players are the fortunate ones who have earned the opportunity to wear the jersey and represent their team mates and the whole of Connacht in our first final," he said.

"Preparation continues to be our big focus this week. We know how tough it will be against Leinster who have a huge amount of experience in finals rugby.

“But we know that if we stick to our structures and systems and channel all the emotion and physicality in to our performance, we have a real chance of making history."
