Ulster have announced that Ian Humphreys will retire from rugby at the end of the season.
The out-half, who will be 34 next month, has appeared for the northern province 113 times, with an impressive haul of 745 points.
The former Ballymena Academy student joined Ulster from Leicester Tigers in 2008 and made his debut against Newport Gwent Dragons that September.
He made his 100th appearance for Ulster against Llanelli Scarlets just over a year ago.
Humphreys has made eight appearances for Les Kiss's side this season, four of which have been from the bench, running in two tries in the process.
He also enjoyed successful stints in England, with Leicester [2005-08] and London Irish [2012-14].
Commenting on his decision, Humphreys said: "Unfortunately my body is telling me it's time to stop. I feel blessed to have enjoyed such a long career, the undoubted highlight of which has been achieving 100 caps for my home province.
"I would like to thank everyone who has been part of my journey, particularly my wife Jenny, my daughters Anna and Zoe and the rest of my family.”
