Connacht head coach Pat Lam has warned his side they must stand up to a formidable Scarlets challenge when the Pro12 table-toppers come to the Sportsground on Saturday (3.00pm).
The Westerners booked their place in the Challenge Cup last eight with a 47-5 win over Enisei-STM last week, but Lam is braced for a far tougher examination this weekend.
"While we were pleased with last week's performance, we know that Scarlets present a completely different challenge," said Lam.
"They are top of the league and will travel with confidence especially with their Pro12 form away from home.
"We know from our meeting with them last month that it will probably be a closely-fought contest once again and we will have to bring that clinical edge that was on show last week if we are to come on top."
Ireland International Robbie Henshaw will line out for the hosts after being released from Six Nations camp.
Forwards Finlay Bealham and Ultan Dillane, two of five uncapped players drafted into Joe Schmidt's squad, have also been released for Saturday's Pro12 collision.

Bealham, who will start at tighthead prop, is one of six frontline changes made by Lam from last week, while lock Dillane takes a place on the bench.
There's a new half back pairing with Connacht-born duo Jack Carty and Caolin Blade both named to start in a backline averaging just 23 years of age.
Tom McCartney is promoted from the bench to join Denis Buckley and Bealham in the front row. George Naoupu and Jake Heenan are both named to start in the pack in what will be the last game before the Pro12 takes a week's break for Six Nations action.
Ronan Loughney, Ian Porter and Craig Ronaldson are all named among the replacements.
"We are back at home on a Saturday afternoon for the second week in a row and we're really looking forward to playing in front of a packed out Sportsground before we take a short break," Lam added.
"A win would keep us in the top four where we have been all season and would sign off this block of 16 consecutive games very nicely for us and our supporters."

Munster head coach Anthony Foley has made eight changes to the side that defeated Treviso last weekend for the trip to Zebre (2.00pm), with Darren Sweetnam set to make his first competitive start.
James Cronin has been released from Six Nations camp and returns to the starting line-up at loosehead, as does Niall Scannell at hooker, with John Ryan remaining at tighthead for the trip to the Stadio Sergio Lanfranchi.
Mark Chisholm resumes his partnership with Dave Foley in the second row, while in the back row Jack O'Donoghue and Robin Copeland come in to join Billy Holland - fresh from penning a new two-year deal with the province and set to also captain the side this weekend.
The first of three changes across the backline comes at scrum-half with Tomás O'Leary partnering Ian Keatley in the half-backs.
Elsewhere, Andrew Conway has recovered from a hip-pointer to start at full-back following a run of strong performances for Munster A in this season's British and Irish Cup, and Darren Sweetnam will make his first Pro12 start on the right wing.
There's no change on the opposite flank with last weekend's man of the match Ronan O'Mahony staying put, and Rory Scannell and Francis Saili again taking charge of the midfield.
Dave O'Callaghan makes a return to the matchday squad amongst the replacements after successful rehab on an adductor injury.

Stuart Olding will make his first Ulster senior appearance in ten months after being selected at inside centre for Saturday's clash against Treviso at Stadio Monigo (5.00pm).
The Ireland international, who suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury against Cardiff last March, is one of seven changes to the side that defeated Oyonnax 56-3 in the Champions Cup last weekend.
Academy players Lorcan Dow and Jacob Stockdale are in line to make their competitive debuts for the province after being named on the replacements bench.
Rob Herring has been released from the Ireland Six Nations training squad and will captain the side from hooker. Callum Black replaces Kyle McCall, who suffered concussion last week, at loosehead prop, while Ricky Lutton is retained at tighthead.
Franco van der Merwe, who signed a one-year contract extension earlier this week, will continue his second row partnership with Alan O'Connor.
Loose forwards Roger Wilson and Clive Ross are elevated to the starting XV and will be joined in the back row by Sean Reidy. Nick Williams has irritated an old groin injury and is unavailable this week.
The half back berths will be occupied by Paul Marshall and Ian Humphreys, who has scored tries in his past two appearances.
Olding will line out in midfield alongside Darren Cave, while the back three will comprise of Craig Gilroy, Rory Scholes and fullback Louis Ludik.
Dow and Stockdale are joined in the matchday squad by fellow Academy player Dave Shanahan. John Andrew, Andy Warwick, Bronson Ross, Pete Browne and Luke Marshall are the other replacements.
