Conor Murray, Mike Sherry, Duncan Casey and Dave O'Callaghan all sat out Munster training in Limerick today ahead of the European Champions Cup now-postponed game against Stade Francais in Paris on Sunday.

Murray and O'Callaghan were managing their workload as they prepared to face the Top 14 champions, while hookers Sherry and Casey await the results of scans after picking up injuries in their win over Treviso last Saturday night.

Sherry has a knee injury, while Casey has a pectoral injury.

Munster have four hookers registered for the competition: Niall Scannell, a former Ireland U20 captain, and Kevin O'Byrne are the other two.

Out-half Tyler Bleyendall also continues to recover from a quad injury.

Munster confirmed that Peter O'Mahony will undergo surgery on his cruciate ligament next Friday and there is no indication yet how long the recovery period will be.
