Leinster have made two changes to the side that defeated Cardiff Blues as Leo Cullen's side look for back-to-back wins over Welsh opposition as they take on the Newport Gwent Dragons.
Prop Marty Moore makes his first start since playing against Toulon last April after recovering from injury, while Isaac Boss makes his first start of the season.
Isa Nacewa captains the side from full back, in a back three that also features Fergus McFadden and Garry Ringrose.
Noel Reid, Ben Te'o and Cathal Marsh make up the remainder of the backs, while the pack has a mixture of experience and fresh faces, with Ross Molony making his second ever RDS start in the second row.
James Tracy and Rhys Ruddock are included in the match day squad for the first time this season, with Ruddock hoping to make his first appearance for the province since March, when he featured against Llanelli Scarlets.

Aly Muldowney and George Naoupu are both in line to make their first appearances of the season from the bench, while 19-year-old prop Conan O'Donnell is named in the squad for the first time.
The Sligo teenager has made nine appearances for Ireland under 20s, and coach Lam believes he wus ready to step up to PRO12 level.
"It's probably a bit earlier than Conan expected to be playing PRO12 rugby but he is a talented player who has a lot of experience with the under 20's.
"He has prepared well this week in training and I have no doubt he will grab the opportunity with both hands if he's called on tomorrow."
