Leinster will face Cardiff Blues in a Saturday evening clash on 7 April, while Munster and Ulster’s Irish derby will be played on the afternoon of Sunday, 8 April.
Defending champions Leinster will face the Blues at the 50,000 capacity Aviva Stadium, where they are undefeated in four matches to date in the competition, at 5.45pm on the Saturday evening.
Top seeds Munster, who won all six of their pool games, will take on Ulster at Thomond Park. Kick-off time will be 1.45pm.
The quarter-final round will get underway with Edinburgh's clash with Toulouse on Saturday afternoon. The match, the first ever to feature a Scottish team, will begin at Murrayfield at 3pm.
The quarter-final action will conclude with the fixture between Saracens and ASM Clermont Auvergne at Vicarage Road on Sunday (4.30pm).
