Leinster centre Gordon D'Arcy has been ruled out of the Magners League Grand Final against Munster at Thomond Park on Saturday.
D'Arcy picked up an ankle injury during last weekend's dramatic Heineken Cup final victory over Northampton and has failed to recover in time for Saturday's showdown.
Leinster manager Josef Schmidt is also sweating over the fitness of scrum half Isaac Boss, who has been troubled by a hamstring injury and is rated doubtful.
Brian O'Driscoll is set to be available for selection however.
O'Driscoll came through last Saturday's victory in Cardiff following a knee injury which had rendered him doubtful in the build up to that game and the Ireland captain has shown no ill effects since the final.
Both the Leinster and Munster teams will be named tomorrow lunchtime.
