Neither Paul O'Connell or Tomas O'Leary have been included in a 27-strong Munster squad for Saturday's Amlin Challenge Cup semi-final against Harlequins in Thomond Park.
Both took a full part in training in Limerick on Tuesday, leading to speculation that O'Connell in particular could have been part of the matchday squad.
However, it appears to be a game too early for the duo.
Johne Murphy and Denis Hurley return from injury and are both included in the squad.
The squad will conclude their preparations in Cork tomorrow and coach Tony McGahan will name his starting line-up at lunchtime on Friday.
