The opening draw for the AIB Cup will take place in the clubhouse of Ballynahinch RFC, the reigning AIB Cup Champions, at 12.45pm on Saturday, 5 September.
Rounds one and two will be drawn on that day prior to Ballynahinch opening their competitive season against Ballymena in the First Trust Senior League.
All 48 teams in the AIB League will enter the draw with the teams in Division 2 and 3 drawn in the first round, while the teams from Divisions 1A and 1B will be included for the second round. The draw for the AIB Junior Cup will be made at a later date.
