Clem Casey and Brendan Guilfoyle both touched down as Young Munster prevailed over their basement rivals Terenure College.
Division One's two lowest-ranked teams met at Tom Clifford Park and the hosts used the wind to good effect in the opening half.
Young Munster turned around with a 15-0 advantage after Mark McHugh, Mike Prendergast and Cian Clohessy, a nephew of Peter, set up Casey's try and the pack then drove Guilfoyle over before the break.
Terenure's only response was a David McAllister penalty.
