Argentina have made two changes to the squad of 22 that Pumas coach Marcelo Loffreda picked for the first test against Ireland in Santa Fe on May 26.
Northampton front row forward Matias Cortese and Hindu fullback Horacio Agulla have been drafted in for prop Gastón De Robertis, who has French championship commitments with Biarritz, and San Isidro Club's Federico Serra, who is still recovering from eye surgery.
Argentina and Ireland, who face each other in a World Cup Pool D game in Paris on September 30, meet in the second test in Buenos Aires on June 2.
