Key duo return to Connacht squad

Michael Bradley has announced a 22-man squad ahead of Connacht's European Challenge Cup match with NEC Harlequins on Saturday at the Stoop (kick-off 2.15pm).

The squad shows two changes to that which played Bath at the Sportsground last Friday with fit again duo Gavin Williams and Ryan Strudwick replacing Darren Yapp and David McGowan.

The good news for Connacht is that their injury worries are starting to turn a corner.

Of the eleven injured players last week, four have been passed fit by Connacht physio Gavin Malouf ahead of this weekend's match and it is expected that Matt Mostyn, David Gannon and Tom Tierney will also resume full training in the next two weeks.

Not considered due to injury: David Gannon (ankle), Ronan Loughney (knee), Keith Matthews (knee), Joe Merrigan (leg), Matt Mostyn (ankle), David Slemen (knee), Tom Tierney (ankle).
