Connacht gave their European Challenge Cup quarter-final hopes somewhat of a boost with a hard-earned 26-13 victory over Montpellier at the Sportsground in Galway.
Connacht led 19-6 at half time thanks mainly to their hooker Adrian Flavin who scored a brace of tries to put the home side firmly in charge.
Gavin Williams and Daniel Riordan went over for Connacht in the second half as they held out for victory in the wet conditions.
