Bourgoin back-rower Julien Bonnaire returns to the team in place of London Irish flanker Olivier Magne, who takes Bonnaire's place on the bench.
Bonnaire will team up with Thomas Lievremont and Yannick Nyanga in a powerful back row in the only change to the side that crushed England 31-6 in Paris last Sunday.
