Gordon D'Arcy, Shane Horgan, Girvan Dempsey and Felipe Contepomi have all been included in the Leinster squad after returning from international duty.
Also named in the extended squad are Eric Miller and Adam Byrnes – who both featured in last weekend's A team that defeated Oxford University 36-5.
Former Connacht stars Bernard Jackman and Ronan McCormack also enter the equation.
