Worcester have signed former Leinster hooker Gavin Hickie until the end of this season.
Hickie, 25, has represented Ireland at A and under-21 levels, and joins a Warriors squad currently riding high in the Guinness Premiership.
"We have been looking at our options at hooker for some time following an injury to Andre Van Niekerk," said Worcester rugby director John Brain.
"In Gavin, we have a player of the right age, experience and quality to come in and increase the competition for places."
