Gordon D'Arcy has been named in Leinster's 27-man squad for Friday's Celtic League clash against Llanelli Scarlets (5pm kick-off).

D'Arcy missed the majority of Ireland's Six Nations campaign with a hamstring injury and his preliminary inclusion represents a timely boost for Leinster.

Brian O'Driscoll has also been named in the squad alongside fellow Ireland stars Girvan Dempsey, Denis Hickie, Guy Easterby, Reggie Corrigan, Shane Byrne, Malcolm O'Kelly and Eric Miller.

Keith Gleeson is again included after coming through 80 minutes of action in the 26-21 win over Connacht last weekend.

The team is expected to be confirmed on Thursday afternoon.
