Munster have now won seven games on the trot and they'll be hot favourites to make it eight in Friday night's Celtic League game against the Borders.
Alan Gaffney's men currently lie third in the table and a victory at the weekend could see them leapfrog the Dragons into second place behind the Ospreys.
"We're playing well at the moment," says the coach. "Despite our internationals being away, we've managed to get some continuity going over the past few weeks and I'm keen to keep it going. But it won't be easy the Borders."
Gaffney's words ring true because despite the Scottish outfit propping up the Celtic League table, they're not as bad as their four league points suggest.
Last weekend they lost by just a single point to Ulster and, in centre Charlie Hore, they have a player clearly capable of mixing it with the best.
But it's still difficult to look beyond a Munster victory at home, especially with the likes of Rob Henderson, Alan Quinlan, Jim Williams and Shaun Payne in the line-up.
It will also be interesting to note the contribution of recent rugby league convert Paul Devlin, who starts on the wing.
Munster: Shaun Payne; Mossy Lawler, Mike Mullins, Rob Henderson, Paul Devlin; Paul Burke, Eoin Reddan; Frank Roche, James Blaney, Gordon McIlwham; Trevor Hogan, Tom Bowman; Stephen Keogh, Alan Quinlan, Jim Williams.
Replacements: Mike Storey, Denis Fogarty, Tom Hayes, Johnny O'Connor, Mike Prendergast, Jason Holland, Martin McPhail.
