Ireland prop Marcus Horan will take his place among the substitutes for Saturday's Autumn Test against South Africa after being found not guilty of racist abuse and foul play during a recent Heineken Cup match.
Horan was cited for allegedly making a racist remark during Munster's Pool Four clash against Neath-Swansea Ospreys at The Knoll on October 31 but a disciplinary hearing dismissed the complaint this afternoon.
The front row forward, capped 21 times by Ireland, would have been looking at a lengthy ban and ruled out of the forthcoming Tests against the Springboks, USA and Argentina had he been found guilty.
But the independent committee, convened in Dublin, cleared Horan after finding that neither he, nor anyone else on the Munster team, had made the remark.
