Lock Santiago Dellape is the main injury worry for Italy coach John Kirwan ahead of next week's RBS 6 Nations match with world champions England at the Stadio Flaminio.
Dellape picked up an injury to his left ankle in Saturday's 28-5 win over a World XV at Treviso in a match that served as a final trial match for the Azzurri. A further 24 hours will be necessary before the extent of the damage can be ascertained while Denis Dallan and South African-born Roland De Marigny are also nursing less serious injuries.
The Italian players met up in Rome this evening to begin preparations for the match with the world champions.
