Gaffney picks same Munster team

Munster coach Alan Gaffney has announced the same starting 15 that lost away to Gloucester last weekend for this Saturday's crucial Heineken Cup return match at Thomond Park.

The Munster squad trained in Temple Hill, Cork this morning before the side was confirmed. Prop Marcus Horan had been a doubt earlier in the week with a back injury sustained in last Saturday's 22-11 Pool Five defeat, however, he proved his fitness earlier in the week in training.

Gloucester will have hooker Chris Fortey back after suspension and could have England international Phil Vickery on the bench. Vickery has returned to full training this week after a rib injury which has kept him on the sidelines since December 13.

MUNSTER: Shaun Payne; John Kelly, Mike Mullins, Rob Henderson, Anthony Horgan; Ronan O'Gara, Peter Stringer; Marcus Horan, Frank Sheahan, John Hayes; Donncha O'Callaghan, Paul O'Connell; Jim Williams capt, David Wallace, Anthony Foley. Replacements: James Blaney, Gordon McIlwham, David Pusey, Stephen Keogh, Eoin Reddan, Jeremy Staunton, Jason Holland.
