Australian Glen Ella has been appointed deputy to Italy coach John Kirwan ahead of the forthcoming Six Nations tournament which starts next month. Ella, who was in charge of the Australian backs during the World Cup final which they lost to England last year, will join the team and New Zealander Kirwan in the coming days. Italy kick off the Six Nations campaign against world champions England on February 15 in Rome.
