Draw made for Heneiken Cup group stages

The draw was made today for the group stages of next season's Heineken Cup.

Gloucester and Munster have been paired together again in the pool stage for next season's Heineken Cup. The clubs had two epic battles last season with the Irish province coming out on top after winning the crucial match at Thomond Park to take them through to the quarter-finals. The other teams alongside them in Pool 5 are Bourgoin and Treviso.

Heineken Cup holders Toulouse will be in either Pool 1 or 2 next season, depending on whether they finish as winners or runners-up in their domestic championship.

Leinster, who put up such a disappointing display in this year's sem-final will face Biarritz, Sale Sharks & a Cardiff regional team. Ulster have found themselves in a tough group including Stade Francais or Toulouse, Leicester & an Ebbw Vale/Newport regional team.
