Leinster officials have decided not to cite Montferrand's French international winger David Bory, despite his knee-first lunge on Gordan D'Arcy during the province's Heineken Cup Pool 4 victory in France on Saturday.
Club officials viewed video footage of the incident this afternoon but opted not to take the matter any further after obtaining legal advice. Leinster manager Ken Ging also revealed that Bory had apologised to D'Arcy after the game.
D'Arcy, who scored Leinster's first try on Saturday, will be out for several weeks due to the severe bruising to his lower back that he sustained as a result of Bory's challenge, so he will definitely miss next Friday's return match at Donnybrook.
