Austin Healey has landed himself in hot water again, after labelling Wales coach, Graham Henry, "the Kiwi runt". Healey, an England international, made the comments in his autobiography and has already been criticised for them.
Wales Rugby Union Chairman, Glanmor Griffiths, called the remarks, "offensive and totally uncalled for. We will write to the RFU and the Lions committee to show our concern and distress at his remarks. I'm unhappy with what is being said and we want the RFU and the Lions committee to know that."
"I find the comments offensive and distasteful and I hope they wash over Graham. I would like to remind people that the Lions came within a whisker of winning in Sydney. I wonder what might have been said then."
Healey was censured by the Lions tour committee over comments he made about opponent Justin Harrison, prior to the final test, which the Lions lost. He also criticised team-mates in a newspaper article.
