Jason Robinson is the latest member of Graham Henry's Lions squad to be hit by injury ahead of the opening game of their Australian tour on Friday. Robinson twisted his ankle during training today and sat out the afternoon session along with prop David Young and flanker Martyn Williams who are suffering from calf and ankle injuries respectively. Mike Catt, Jonny Wilkinson and Neil Jenkins all avoided contact work as they too are carrying knocks. Neither Jenkins or Wilkinson is expected to feature in the opening match which opens the way for Ireland's Ronan O'Gara to take over the number 10 shirt.
Henry is to announce his team for Friday's game against Western Australia on Wednesday morning. "We are looking at everyone for the Tests, and will try and give everyone a chance to play as soon as possible," explained assistant coach Andy Robinson.
