Irish duo to return for 'Quins

Irish internationals Keith Wood and Paul Burke are likely to start for Harlequins in Sunday week's Heineken European Shield Final after overcoming recent injuries. Both players have been declared fit for the clash against French side Narbonne at Reading's Madjedski Stadium, while England international centre Nick Greenstock is also expected to feature in the final, which guarantees a place in next season's Heineken Cup competition for the winners.

Harlequins enjoyed a 74-5 victory over Cornwall, running in 12 tries, in a warm-up game yesterday and afterwards captain David Wilson declared that hooker Wood and fly-half Burke would be fit for the final. He revelaed: "It is good that we didn't pick up any injuries and great to know that Woodie and Paul should be fit for the final - along with England international Nick Greenstock. We were very disappointed to lose the Tetley Bitter Cup final and it is great to have another chance to pick up some silverware, especially as there is the added bonus of Heineken Cup qualification hanging in this game."
