Buccaneers suffered their first defeat in five outings under new player coach Simon Allnutt when losing 16-0 at Young Munster this evening. The Clifford Park crowd witnessed a first half Colm Power try, plus three penalties and a conversion from Mick Lynch.
The midlanders conceded 13 points in the first period and the first half sin binning of Colm Rigney and Jimmy Screen did not help their plight.
The win lifts Young Munster from sixth to fourth place, increasing the likelihood of making the play-offs.
