There are two changes to the Italian side to play Ireland in the Six Nations Championship on Saturday at Lansdowne Road. Winger Juan Francesio, who came on as a sub against Wales, wins his first full cap. He will play on the right wing in place of Cristain Stoica, who moves to the centre with London Irish centre Marco Rivaro dropping to the replacement bench. The second change is in the forwards where Andrea De Rossi comes in at number 8 to win his 4th cap. Vim Visser moves from number 8 to flanker and the ensuing reshuffle sees Carlo Checchinato move to the second row to the exclusion of Guiseppe Lanzi.
Meanwhile, there is one change on the Irish A team for their game against Italy. Full Back Dominic Crotty is ruled out and he is replaced by Leicesters Geordan Murphy who moves from the right wing and in turn his position is filled by Sheldon Coulter.
