Rugby: French delay naming team

French coach Bernard Laporte has delayed naming his side to face Scotland at Murrayfield on Saturday due to further injuries to his players. Laporte had been due to unveil his team today, but three more players have joined the injury list and he has decided to leave it until tomorrow before finalising his team. The doubts concern captain Fabien Pelous, his back-row colleague Olivier Magne and hooker Marc del Maso.

Laporte said that Maso had trained with the full squad this morning with Magne due to train in the afternoon and Pelous tomorrow morning. Regular kicker Christophe Lamaison have already been ruled out of the side, along with Richard Dourthe and Alain Penaud.
