Mack Hansen has been passed fit to start Ireland's Rugby World Cup quarter-final against New Zealand on Saturday, but James Ryan misses out through injury.
Hansen appears to have recovered from the calf injury sustained in the 36-14 win against Scotland, and is part of an unchanged starting XV to take on the All Blacks.
"He is [fully fit to go], yeah," said head coach Andy Farrell of Hansen.
"He obviously had a few things to do at the beginning of the week but he's coming good and everyone's very confident that he’s going to be fine for the game, no problem."
Ryan's wrist injury sees him miss out entirely, with Iain Henderson continuing in the second row after an impressive performance against the Scots. Joe McCarthy comes onto the replacements bench for his second appearance of the tournament.
"James Ryan, he's out with a wrist injury that's being sorted. We expect him as well to be fit for next week if we are able to get that far," Farrell added.
There's one other change to the bench, where Jimmy O'Brien is preferred to Stuart McCloskey as the outside back sub, and is in line to make his first appearance at the tournament.
"Jimmy got a knock on his shoulder during the Samoa game and he was certainly out for the first two games of the World Cup for us," Farrell revealed.
"But there's one thing about Jimmy O’Brien, he is unbelievably smart, nice and cool and calm and collected, unbelievably fit and unbelievably good at fitting in in numerous different positions.
"With the disruption we had at the start of the week it made more sense for us to go with that option."
Keith Earls (below) and Robbie Henshaw had been on contention to be involved despite carrying hamstring issues, but the Irish coach says the game has come too early for their return.
"It was a little bit too quick for him [Earls] this week. He'll get back to the rehab.
"We're very confident that if we push on through in the competition that he’ll be fit for next week. Exactly the same with Robbie Henshaw, probably a little too soon, progressing very well, both of them."
Despite picking up several knocks in the win against Scotland, Farrell has been able to name an unchanged XV, with Hansen joined by Hugo Keenan and James Lowe in the back three. Lowe had been dealing with an eye injury in recent days after getting poked accidentally by teammate Tadhg Beirne last week.
The rest of the backline is as expected, with last week's player of the match Jamison Gibson-Park alongside captain Johnny Sexton in the half-backs, while Bundee Aki and Garry Ringrose start in the centre for the fourth game in a row.
Up front, Farrell has retained his trio of Andrew Porter, Dan Sheehan and Tadhg Furlong, having had the luxury of removing them early in the second half last week.
Henderson continues at lock alongside Beirne, while Peter O'Mahony, Josh van der Flier complete the pack.
The starting XV shows just six survivors from the team that started the 2019 quarter-final defeat to New Zealand; Ringrose, Sexton, Porter, Henderson, O'Mahony and Van der Flier played from the start that day in Tokyo, while Beirne, Porter and Dave Kilcoyne were also involved from the bench.
The All Blacks are due to name their team on Thursday afternoon.
Ireland: Hugo Keenan; Mack Hansen, Garry Ringrose, Bundee Aki, James Lowe; Jonathan Sexton (capt), Jamison Gibson-Park; Andrew Porter, Dan Sheehan, Tadhg Furlong; Tadgh Beirne, Iain Henderson; Peter O'Mahony, Josh van der Flier, Caelan Doris.
Replacements: Ronan Kelleher, Dave Kilcoyne, Finlay Bealham, Joe McCarthy, Jack Conan, Conor Murray, Jack Crowley, Jimmy O'Brien
