Despite only making his debut in November 2021, Sheehan has established himself as Ireland's first-choice hooker, and one of the most dangerous in his position in the world.

At 6ft 3in, the Leinster man is tall for a hooker, and boasts an impressive try-scoring rate for both province and country, with 32 tries in 63 professional games.

Nominated for World Rugby Breakthrough Player of the Year in 2022, Sheehan has continued that form into 2023, playing in four of Ireland’s five Six Nations games of the Grand Slam campaign.
