Kilcoyne played all five games for Ireland at the 2019 World Cup in Japan, and recently passed his half-century of caps, bringing up his 50 against Italy in Rome during the Six Nations.
The Munster loosehead overcame a serious neck injury to work his way back into the Irish squad in 2023, despite being overlooked by the province in their run to the URC title.
The 34-year-old has scored two tries for Ireland, the latest being in Ireland's warm-up win against Italy in August.
