New Zealand number eight Sione Lauaki has been cited for an alleged dangerous tackle during yesterday's Pool C victory over Romania in Toulouse.

The Waikato forward looks set to face a disciplinary hearing in Paris tomorrow.

Lauaki has been reported by match citing commissioner John West following the tackle on Romania wing Gabriel Brezoianu.

New Zealand won the game 85-8, and they now head to Cardiff for their quarter-final next Saturday.
