Thursday's meeting at Clonmel, featuring the Grade Three Surehaul Mercedes-Benz Novice Hurdle, must pass a noon inspection on Wednesday due to waterlogging at the course.
Just millimetres of rain has fallen at the track over the last 24 hours, but recent deluges have necessitated the measure.
Paul Moloney, IHRB clerk of the course at Clonmel said: "Following three millimetres of rain in the last 24 hours, the track at Clonmel remains waterlogged. Where raceable, the ground is heavy.
"There is a possibility of a further 2-4mm of rain here in the next 24hrs."
