Today's meeting at Punchestown has been cancelled due to the upgraded Status Orange wind warning from Met Éireann.

With 6mm of rain overnight, the course remains heavy and with the prospect of gusts of up to 110km/h during racing, the decision was made to cancel this afternoon’s meet.

"With that updated weather warning and the timing of the high winds, we have made the decision to cancel the fixture today and look for an alternative date," Brendan Sheridan, IHRB Clerk of the Course at Punchestown said.

Horse Racing Ireland has announced that this meeting will now take place this Thursday.
