Tuesday's meeting at Fairyhouse has been cancelled after heavy rainfall overnight.
A Status Yellow rain warning is in place for many parts of the country with Met Éireann warning of the potential for localised flooding.
Brendan Sheridan, IHRB clerk of the course confirmed it was unfit for racing.
"Unfortunately the track at Fairyhouse is now unfit for racing following a further 17mm of rain overnight," he said.
"We have had 27mm of rain here since Friday night and there is further heavy rain forecast for the remainder of today so we’ve been left with no option but to cancel this fixture.
"The team at Fairyhouse will consult with Horse Racing Ireland in relation to rescheduling the fixture in due course."
A replacement meeting will now take place at Fairyhouse on 21 November.
