Thursday's meeting at Clonmel has been cancelled following an early morning inspection, after further heavy rain overnight.
The track was found be unfit for racing after a further 5mm of rain fell overnight on an already water-logged course.
Lorcan Wyer, IHRB Clerk of the Course at Clonmel said: "Following a further 5mm of rain overnight, unfortunately the track is now unfit for racing.
"The extra rain overnight has brought us to 15mm of rain since declarations on heavy ground on Tuesday and that is now 43mm of rain since our previous meeting a fortnight ago. Unfortunately we were left with no option to cancel the meeting today."
The meeting has been rescheduled for next Thursday 7 March.
