Following an inspection of the track at Navan, Sunday's card at the venue has been cancelled and the meeting will not be rescheduled.
Parts of the track were still frozen following the early morning check and there is not sufficient time for the ground to thaw before the scheduled first race at 12pm.
Thurles, however, does go ahead after it passed an inspection. The first race is at 12.44 and the ground is yielding.
Tuesday's fixture at Naas is subject to check on Monday at 10.00am.
