Following a track inspection this morning, Ballinrobe was found to be fit for racing and the fixture scheduled for Monday goes ahead.
The first of a seven-race card is off at 4.30pm.
After a dry night the ground is now soft (hurdle/bumper) & soft, heavy in places (chase). The forecast is for possible thundery showers this afternoon, easing thereafter and turning mainly dry ahead of Tuesday's card at the venue.
Gowran Park faces an inspection at 8am on Wednesday ahead of its afternoon card.
The track is currently heavy with parts of the track waterlogged and unfit for racing. A further 3mm (approximately) of rain is forecast prior to racing.
