Officials at Cork have confirmed that Saturday's racing action will go ahead as planned following a precautionary inspection.
Due to the risk of frost overnight, officials had planned to walk the track at 8am to ensure it was fit for the races which are due to get underway at 12.30pm.
The ground at Cork remains soft to heavy, with the forecast for a dry day with temperatures to rise to 5-6 degrees.
The GAIN Rated Novice Hurdle is the first race of the day at 12.30pm.
