Officials at Cork will hold a precautionary inspection ahead of Saturday's meeting, the IHRB have confirmed.
Due to the risk of frost overnight, officials will walk the track at 8am to ensure it's fit for racing which is due to get underway at 12:30pm.
Following a dry 24 hours the ground at Cork is now soft to heavy and the forecast is mainly dry and cold.
Musselburgh's New Year's Day card got the go-ahead following an 8am precautionary check.
