Addeybb claimed an impressive victory in the Longines Queen Elizabeth Stakes at Randwick today.
British trainer William Haggas' runner struck Group One gold under Tom Marquand in the Ranvet Stakes last month and he added another top-level success as he saw off Verry Elleegant and Japanese raider Danon Premium in style.
Addeybb and Marquand were leading the field turning into the straight, with Danon Premium making his bid for glory around a furlong and a half out.
It briefly looked as though Danon Premium could grab the 10-furlong prize, but Addeybb seemed to have plenty in reserve and when Marquand gave the signal, he found another gear.
Addeybb stretched clear inside the distance, with Marquand easing down just before the line.
Verry Elleegant, who was second in the Ranvet, again took the runner-up honours, with Danon Premium third.
ADDEYBB wins the Queen Elizabeth.

Haggas said: "I think he's going to stay, but there's quite a lot of things to sort out over the next few days and we're not quite sure how Harry (Eustace, assistant trainer) is going to get home (due to the coronavirus pandemic).
"He's going to go for a spell now and could go to another trainer."
Haggas' Young Rascal finished out of the places in the Schweppes Sydney Cup.
The five-year-old was well fancied on his first attempt at two miles after winning a Group Three on his Australian bow last month.
Young Rascal was in front turning into the straight in the Group One heat, but Tom Marquand was really starting to get to work.
The Intello gelding could not find much of a response though and dropped away as Etah James, trained by Ciaron Maher and David Eustace, grabbed the glory under Glen Boss.
ETAH JAMES wins the Sydney Cup.

The Chosen One finished a narrow second with ex-Brian Meehan runner Raheen House back in third. Young Rascal was seventh.
Winning connections had earlier taken the Group Two Heineken 3 Percy Sykes Stakes with Away Game while Boss also triumphed in the Group One Star Australian Oaks aboard James Cummings' Colette.
Con Te Partiro, a Royal Ascot winner for Wesley Ward back in 2017, completed a high-profile double in the Coolmore Legacy Stakes.
Now trained by Gai Waterhouse and Adrian Bott, Con Te Partiro won the Coolmore Classic last month and despite finishing out of the places in last week's Doncaster Mile, she bounced back with another Group One win over Funstar.
Boss took the other Group One event on the card, the Star Australian Oaks, with the James Cummings-trained Colette.
Racing in Ireland remains suspended until at least 5 May following the Government's decision to extend lockdown restrictions yesterday.
