With the Irish public being urged to maintain social distancing and self-isolate if required, we are increasingly looking for movies to watch, books to read and rooms to clean.
RTÉ Sport is speaking to our sports stars and asking how they're using their time and tweaking their training routines to stay fit and healthy.
Today, it's the turn of Irish jockey Barry Geraghty.
What's the first thing you do in the morning?
If I'm not riding out, I feed the horses before feeding myself.
What’s your favourite exercise?
I have always ran a lot especially before racing but I'm doing a good bit of yoga lately which I'm both enjoying and feeling better for.
Is there one particular skill you practice every day?
I'm trying not to be too preoccupied and be in the moment.
Netflix and chill or a nice evening jog?
Neither, I'm usually too busy spending time with the kids or travelling back from racing.
On a scale on 1 to 10, how good are your DIY skills?
I'd say about 8 but I'm sure Paula would say a bit lower.
Have you a favourite pre-training meal to help you through a tough session?
Not a meal but I like to be well hydrated and would have a Revive Active which gives me great energy.
Name one movie you want to watch.
The Irishman, it has a great cast and I would imagine it is a movie I will enjoy.
What’s the best way to stave off boredom?
A good movie or read a book.
Have you any tips for training at home?
There is so much you can do without a gym whether it's running, yoga, press ups, skipping, lunges or we've been doing the 10@10 on RTÉ Junior lately!
Have you discovered any new music or podcasts?
We saw Hermitage Green lately and really enjoyed them. For podcasts, Dr Chatterjee: Feel Better Live More.
Is there one piece of housework you can no longer avoid?
I was never great at cleaning up the kitchen, but I've improved in that department.
Favourite room of the house to spend time in?
Kitchen/Living room, with three kids there is always something going on.
